Had these guys do a bench job on my Dakota transmission and it seems to be pretty high quality. My original quote was $1600 but I ended up paying $3000 for the rebuild. I cant really fault them for that as you cant really get a proper quote till you open the sucker up. They were very pleasant to deal with and do quality work. I also got a nice warranty on my rebuild as well. The only thing that was frustrating was I couldn't use a coupon for $250 off on a custom rebuild. I was told it was because they weren't removing and installing the transmission out of my truck and it was just a bench job so it didn't apply. The coupon doesnt explicitly explain what applies and what doesn't for the deal. I'll be eating Ramen noodles until next paycheck I suppose, but overall it was a decent experience.
