Both Phillip and Kurt were great communicators. The Ford Dealer wanted to replace the entire transmission on my daughter's Ford Focus, but they encouraged us to let them take a closer look. They found that they could rebuild the transmission for a much lower price. They did all they could to make the repair as affordable as possible for my college student daughter. They were even very patient as we struggled to make a decision about what to do. I felt like we were treated very fairly.
Great group of mechanics. They were able to get my daughter’s car in and get it fixed in minimal time. That’s for keeping my kids safe
